These Terms govern your use of Rankies.io, a managed comparison-site service operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By creating an account, publishing a tenant site, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Rankies provides tools and AI-assisted editorial services for creating, hosting, and managing comparison and review websites. Higgins is an AI editorial agent, not a human reviewer. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, affiliate disclosures, and compliance of content published on your tenant sites.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Features, limits, setup fees, and prices are those shown at checkout or in your account. Setup fees pay for initial configuration and editorial work and ordinarily are non-refundable after that work begins. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Affiliate And Sponsored Content

If you use affiliate links, house products, sponsorship blocks, or similar monetization features, you are responsible for clear disclosures and compliance with FTC, platform, and network requirements.
